Information you provide
When you submit the inquiry form, FEIEHQ receives the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, country of residence, phone number, tax years, work situation, filing status, and the message you write. The form is intended only for high-level intake. Do not include Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, account information, passport details, tax documents, or login credentials.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to review the request, determine whether the matter appears to fit the service, respond to you, prevent spam or misuse, and maintain the website. It is not sold. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, visitors, or others.
Web3Forms
The inquiry form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery provider. Submitting the form sends the information to Web3Forms for processing and delivery. Its handling of data is also governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Review the Web3Forms privacy policy before submitting.
Technical information
The hosting provider and basic security systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, device information, and request logs. Analytics may be added later, but it should not receive names, email addresses, income details, or the free-text tax narrative from the form.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, service, records, security, and legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Sensitive records should be exchanged only after a secure method is confirmed.
Your choices
You may decide not to submit the form. If you have already submitted an inquiry and want to request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and provide enough information to identify the earlier request without including sensitive records.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
